And I keep walking. I try not to linger in a good location or take more than one, or sometimes two, shots on the same section of a block. I try to give up my preconceived notions about what makes a "good" portrait and let the encounter dictate how the portrait should be made. Because of this, I feel I have learned something through this process and I am looking forward to continuing in other cities.
